My name is Neil Nelson, and I have been turning on my lathe for a few years, and continue to learn every day and love trying different turnings.

I started buy turning pens, bottle stoppers and other small items on a small pen lathe, but after a year I knew I was hooked and had to upgrade to a larger lathe.

I have now started doing all sorts of different projects including small to medium bowls, pull tab opener handles, decorative mushrooms, tea light/confetti lamp holders, and recently urns (my largest project to date).

I am looking to the future and learning more everyday.

Everything is unique.

Every item comes out differently, and no two items are the same.

Every pen has its own style, pattern, and shape.

All the pieces made from wood has it's own character in the grain.

All resin has their own patterns swirled in.

And wood/resin hybrid brings the two together in amazing ways.
